This was one of Justin's greatest roles, andndefinitely gave him a lot more to worl with than those Invisible Kid/X-Ray Eyes movies..  The role he had as a follower was certainlky a good counter to the sometimes unpleasant Reese.

I'm sorry to admit that I didn't even know of this movie....turned on the tv the other day, and there it was.  Wasn't even sure if it was Justin, so checked inbd, and found that it was, so did a few quick caps.

I really do want to see the entire movie, so if it doesn't show again here soon, I'll look on Amazon for it.

I agree, he was wonderful in this part, it actually gave him something to do!

Wanted (1999)

A young man on the run from the mob takes refuge in a Catholic school for troubled boys, becoming handyman for the priests and big brother for the boys.  Matt Koruba ("Incredible Genie"), Justin Berfield, and others.


Matt Koruba is the discovery here.  From "Incredible Genie" I had no idea that he was capable of this.  I think you will be amazed, too. He may have 6th billing, but really he is 2nd

[Also Justin Berfield... Let's just say, "Better luck next time". Perhaps he should stick to comedy.]

Overall, the movie is uneven: sometimes great, sometimes klunky.  But see it for Matt; you won't be sorry.

I got in at about the place where the man got the job painting at the church, and the very short part my caps are from.

Caught a few glimpses of Matt Koruba, which, as you said, is enough for me to want to get the movie.

And, next time, I will be able to watch it all the way through, rather than just the few minutes I had this time.
