Anyway, in my somewhat mild euphoria in announcing my #1 pick I forgot to mention someone well deserving that I think could actually tie at #1. 

JUSTIN TYLER BERFIELD was without a doubt the greatest comedic actor I had ever seen.  His brief but powerful one-liners on Unhappily Ever After were hsyterical and showed more emotional sides of himself in movies like Wanted and Invisible Mom II.
