Not surprising since he had only one film credit in 1991 -

Nicolo Paolucci played the title role in 'Marcellino' (1991) an Italian film that is a remake of the 1954 "Miracle of Marcelino" which I have not been able to see. Nicolo is extremely vivacious and appealing as the little boy who experiences a very personal miracle. The movie is a tearjerker with a very religious theme neither of which bothers me a whole lot.
(yes, he does resemble Victorien Delamare from 'My Father's Glory' but I'm pretty sure that the above pic included in our gallery for My Father's Glory is a mistake.)

Gosh you had me worried for a minute.

..but I'm pretty positive that the pic is Victorien Delamare. I think I remember that particular scene from My Father's Glory...

I checked Boy Actors of Europe and found this pic of Nicoḷ Paolucci. There is a strong resemblance that's for sure.

Hm! I found that pic on an Italian website that attributed it to Nicolo. They probably got it wrong. When I saw that pic I knew I had seen it before and that's when I checked the gallery here. It still nags at me for various reasons. The front hairline on the pic in question doesn't look right, even though his hair is very wet.

Yes, it is a good excuse to watch 'Castle' again which I am off to do.  Grin

You know, my first reaction when I saw that picture was to go check Victorien Delamare's profile. I was sure it was him also. I even thought it was our profile pic. But then I figured I must have been wrong, which is why I said I had seen the pic before.

I knew I wasn't crazy.
