I've been trying to figure out who the younger boy is also.  He can also be seen in commercials for the Chevy Tahoe Hybrid and Betty Crocker.

However the older boy in the hallmark commercial is no doubt Chancellor Miller who can be seen in a commercial for Walmart too.

The above mentioned commercials can all be downloaded from my site for those interested.  Along with hundreds more presently and a lot more in the future.

Doing some random searching at IMDb, I happened upon the answer to the mystery...

The boys' name is Raymond Ochoa, younger brother of Ryan Ochoa who will be in the upcoming movie "The Perfect Game".
