Hosting a video-trading site is not only of dubious legality, but it's also a fairly complicated and costly operation. It requires a lot of resources, and some dedicated people willing to put in the work of coding, maintaining, etc. And the rewards are likely to be slim.
In my opinion, it would be easier and more productive for people interested in boy movies to share information about which already-existing sites they use. Perhaps if everyone can agree on a few key sites, we could all start using the same networks, thus increasing the number of on-topic material at these sites, thus increasing the interest from people who look for similar content, etc.
There's no reason why a sub-community of people sharing boy-related movies can't exist within a larger file-sharing community.
Not as costly or difficult as you might think. Yes it would take a dedicated person willing to put in the work doing the coding and maintainance and so on.
Yes, I agree that this could be a viable alternative if everyone can agree on using the same video sharing site that allows and support uploads of very large files sufficient to upload complete movies. Then people in here could upload some of their respective collections for others of us less fortunates in here to use some of the video programs I have mentioned in here where they can go to these sites and capture the movies and download them without having to pay these sites to download them. The updated versions of
Orbit Downloader and the companion
Grab++ can download just about anything from any video sharing site like Megavideo.com for free. Then it's an easy task to convert the movies to NTSC format and burn them to DVD with
DVD FLICK.
Yup, I totally agree that their should be no problem in forming sub-communities of people sharing boy-related movies.
