Chandler appears to be an up and comer. He is credited third in Knowing and he had a role in Benjamin Button. It looks like I'll be finding out whether or not he can act really soon.  Smiley

"Knowing" has just emerged at our "Dollar Theatre" ... looks like I can see it on the bigscreen for a big discount.

Has anyone actually seen it?  Is it any good? Or will my review be the first!?

I watched Knowing a few weeks, almost a month ago.

I gave it a straight 9, but I have to add that Chandler's character would have allowed for a better boy-performance. His role had the potential for an all-time boy winner. Don't get me wrong, Chandler delivered a straight, decent and solid performance, but a more experienced and talented boyactor would have turned his part into something like Haley Joel has done in Sixth Sense. He simply missed that special edge, imo. Otherwise he was very good.

The ending is absolutely mind-boggling. I loved it.

Okay... that encourages me quite a bit to go see this soon!

As the name "dollar theatre" (although sometimes falsely) implies, it'll cost me a whole dollar!  And in this case, the matinee really is actually ONE DOLLAR! Can't beat that!  (other shows at this theatre can cost as much as $2.50 on the weekend, I think ... not really too bad, either... it's just WAITING for the show to arrive here, which is basically simultaneous with the DVD release).

Saw this today... way different than I expected (I did very little research about it).  But Chandler did a fine job, and as Andrew said, he *could* have done more perhaps... but certainly did a fine job.

the ending... well, yeah... not everyone will like it, I think, but I could see it coming from a mile.
