Did you guys follow the 2008 BBC Oliver Twist show "I'd do anything"?

Just happened to retrieve some extensive youtube material which I find rather good.

It's actually being shown now on UKTV here in Australia. The boys are wonderful. Please don't reveal who won in a post as it will spoil some of the fun for those of us who don't know or can't remember. The only thing I don't like is that most of each episode focuses on the Nancys rather than on the boys. However there are still several minutes each episode where the boys perform and sometimes we get to see a bit of their home life as well. I wish they'd done something like this for Billy Elliot.

I too don't really know why the focus is so strongly on the Nancys. Oliver Twist stands and falls with the central character, which is, of course, Oliver.

The missions of the boys are very interesting to watch too. Some of them got some real talent as singers, actors and entertainers. All of them are great, shining kids. They are magic. The group performances are real treats. I'd love to find out where they are today, who continued in some form or the other in the entertainment business and who returned to private life.

My personal favorites are:

1. Alexander
2. Chester
