I agree, the two parts didn't match well (in look or pacing).
(However, one could argue that they were not supposed to match as my friend Carl points out.)

Brian Baugh was the cinematographer in Thailand and Keith Roush was the colorist.
Absolutely stunning photography.  Very dreamy. . .



Brian Baugh also shot Jack and the Beanstalk (2010) with Collin Ford.

Smiley I saw this movie same weeks ago. I liked the very good play of Billy UNGER in part of Billy STONE. I liked also the play of Jansen PANETTIERE and William CORKERY in parts of Huko and Anui. Ma movie rating is 7/10.
