From your list, 'Benjamin', I could pick out Bobby and Billy Mauch because I have the DVD of their 1937 film 'The Prince and the Pauper' excellently played by both twins. This Mark Twain story was also played by Jonathan and Robert Timmins in 2000. I also have this one on DVD regrettably with no extras! However, I have to confess, I cannot place any of the other twins you list with the exception of the ubiquitous Sprouse twins - of course.
What I would like to place is the scowling boy in your black and white photo. Is that from a film? By the way, welcome to Boy Actors.

Stephen Archibald played in two films from Bill Douglas' trilogy: My childhood and My ain folk.
I recognised Didier Haudepin in your picture. Les amitiés particulières is one of my favourites.

Keigo and Shogo Matsuyama, born approx. 1988.
They can be seen in Eno nakano bokuno mura (1996), aka Village of Dreams.
