This is a Danish short film I found on Vimeo. It is a sad story about loosing everything you love after an apocalyptic unknown event were no one else is around and the only comfort you have is a Teddy bear and the question is for how long?

Boy Actor:
Marlon Seiring-Andersen

A little about Marlon Seiring-Andersen (this is from two years ago (2014) when he was 12)

"Marlon Seiring-Andersen is a 12-year-old boy with a strong presence and keen interest in filmmaking. He is very easy to work with, showing a good understanding for acting, and a surprisingly high cooperative skill, easily adapting to the different directions that has been given to him throughout rehearsals."

You are welcome bowser. I'm glad you liked it.
I love short films and that is why I look for them all the time.

I'll try to post more if work and life permits.

Thanks,

D

P.S.
Here is some more info about the movie...

Synopsis

A young boy and his teddy bear is living in an abandoned caravan in the middle of an old corn field. They are in complete solitude in a post apocalyptic world, as sole survivors of a mysterious poisoning of the water. The boy copes with this harsh reality with his vivid and childlike imagination, personifying his beloved teddy bear he so passionately takes care of - just as if it was his own little brother.
One day, after an incident at an abandoned train station, teddy's arm gets a rift which causes an ugly infection. The boy must now act to save the one companion he has left, and embarks on a dangerous journey for help.

"Where None Will Ever Be" tells the metaphor of a very universal feeling that we believe most people have experienced; to feel like a child lost in a world designed for adults. The boy can also be seen as the symbol of innocence dealing with the brutal truth of life.

A fact about why he was drinking Whiskey rather than water....

"We decided to make water a recurrent theme in the film, as the real danger. It is the reason for the apocalypse and why everyone is gone, as the water (the sea, the rain, the drinking water, etc.) for some mysterious reason has turned poisonous. The idea of making water, which originally is a symbol of life and growth, into a symbol of death, is an angle we believe most people will find compelling. People can survive a while without food, but without water it is hopeless. So by showing that the water is dangerous we will see the boy interact with it in different ways. We will see him be very careful around it, but at the same time his childlike curiosity towards it will play a big part. "
