The Witches

Director: Robert Zemeckis

Based on Roald Dahl's 1983 classic book 'The Witches', the story tells the scary, funny and imaginative tale of a seven year old boy who has a run in with some real life witches!

based on the 1990 film "The Witches"

Greetings Hosenhaus, as concise as I remember, LTNS, Smiley

One of my favourite Roald Dahl books.

The 1990 film (oft watched by myself) was directed by one of my favourite directors, Nicolas Roeg and had a more interesting cast than this upcoming remake which seems to have opted for a predominantly black cast. Zemeckis has a good pedigree though so hopefully he'll do it justice.
