Where to watch Once in a Blue Moon (1995)?

Hello. New here. Does anyone know if it's possible to watch/buy Once in a Blue Moon (1995) somewhere without actually ordering a physical copy of the film? Since I'm not in the U.S. it's kind of difficult.

I rented it from the local video store.

Back then (1997) there was no "streaming".  There was barely any cable TV.

Looking at the screen caps I have, I can see that I rented it on VHS.
