The kids' Baftas were started in 1996.

Bafta stands for British Academy of Film and Television Arts. It hosts other awards ceremonies, but this one's especially for kids.

It's a pity they only seem to give the awards to films and tv shows. It would be nice if young actors were awarded for their efforts as well.
