New Mexican TV series, "Amy, La niņa de la mochila azul".  Listing for this on imdb is terribly outdated, has not been refreshed in over a year.  Co-staring the ever-beautiful Joseph Sasson, who graced "de pocas pocas pulgas".  Sadly, not being shown in my market at this time, but I will find some way to be able to see it.

Unfortunately, my Spanish isn't much better than my French (which is only slightly better than my Russian or any of the Scandinavian languages), so I don't know if I'd be able to understand anything of what's being said or not.   Roll Eyes

I'll try to see if it's on any of my cable channels here, though, just to see young Master Sasson and his cohorts.  Smiley

Joseph is a great little actor, very animated, and clearly enjoying his work.  He is the co-star, along with the girl who plays "Amy", and he is not even shown on the listing at imdb.   If someone could advise them of this oversight, it would be much appreciated.

I would love to be able to see this series, but with my luck it will only show in YA's area, and I think he has not yet managed to change his channels, and is still forced to watch Mr. Rogers reruns.

Tomorrow, on my way to work, I am stopping at the local Mexican TV station, and see if this series is on the list to be shown soon.

hmmm.  I would gladly take Mister Rogers reruns in place of about 20 cable channels here.

I only have one spanish speaking channel here and apparently it is the wrong one for series with cute boys. grrrr. also, arrrgghh!

And yes, he is a dreamy lad!

I have around 6 espanol channels here...and, last night I clicked on about 30 regular channels, and almost 20 of them were infomercials!  I am paying $93 per month to watch ads!

Anyway, hopefully soon I will be able to view the new series, for now, here are a few pics of the cast of Pulgas.

What a great group of guys, all very talented.  Probably about 15 boys, possibly more, but these are the best.  I have close to 80 hours of tapes on these,  looking to be able to complete the collection, with all 100 hours.

The last pic is of Yurem Rojas, who is 12, same age as Joseph Sasson...together, they stole the show, imho.

Someone has been kind enough to post some clips from 'pocas pocas pulgas' on usenet. The boys are VERY cute indeed. I think there is a Spanish language channel here but I suspect it's way too expensive to subscribe to. It would have to be showing several 'boy' series to make it worth the investment.
