In the DVD extras:

a deleted scene, a much longer version of the opening with Jason Spevack.  We see not only how he became a Sox fan, but also the beginnings of the mathematical ability (doing baseball stats, naturally).  [In the British version, which I haven't seen, he is an English teacher... does that have anything to do with soccer??? And does the word "pitch" have some meaning for soccer??? ]

a deleted scene with the high school kids

a scene in the blooper reel.  The director is coaching Jason Spevack how to say his line, and he replies, "OK, I'll say it like an idot!"

Hehe. By the sound of it, that alone makes it worth the price of the rental.
