Yikes! I am sorry to hear about that. It's one of my own nightmares.
I have never had the experience of deleting from a flash drive, but...isn't it possible that those pics are not truly gone? Without really knowing much about it, isn't there a difference between deleting and wiping? Maybe there is a tool for recovering those pics.

thanks, I actually was quite devistated when I lost all those files.

One of my co-workers told me yesterday that I will still be able to use the internet after 4/8/2014 as long as I have a really good anti-virus program on my PC! I am currently running Advanced System Care Ultimate 7, which I've had for a little over a year and seems to be very good at weeding out malware, adware, trojens, and viruses! if I could afford McAfee or one of the other top brands, I'd surely be using them instead.  My co-worker assured me that my PC won't be at any more risk after the 8th, than it was before as long as the anti-virus software on my PC is upto the challange of carrying the full load of protecting the entire system. It just so happens that ASC7 has a Seek and Distroy Bot built in So I guess we will see!
